    At New Creations Cleaning, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. We ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your cleaning service to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. While we do have a cancellation policy in place, our priority is to work with you in the best way we can to avoid any unnecessary fees. If a cancellation fee is necessary, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to provide the best possible service while also being understanding and flexible with our clients' needs.
  • How is the cost of your cleaning services determined?
    The cost is determined in many ways. Prices are estimated until you sign a contract with an official amount. There are many factors to consider such as property size, number of bathrooms, how often you would like service, add ons etc. Each estimate is tailored to your specific property needs. This ensures that you receive a personalized and accurate quote based on the unique requirements of your home or business. Our goal is to provide transparent and fair pricing that reflects the level of service and attention to detail that New Creations Cleaning is known for.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
